Frail care really means, hands on body- so help is needed with basic hygiene – like showering, toileting and even feeding.  We offer 3 levels of Frail care from “low” to “medium” to “high” The bathrooms are adapted to aid the carers in showering without too much danger of slipping etc  We have 2 full time managers who alternate mornings and afternoons as well as weekends, so there are always eyes on the level of care that is given. We also have camera’s in all our rooms and livings areas, which are monitored daily. We also have a trained nursing sister for 3 mornings a week who will do dressings and assists with medication control and contacting Doctors etc.  Our carers have been trained by us and have worked for many years – we have very little staff movement through our facility – A very high standard is expected from Sharon who keeps a careful eye on the level of care. We arrange the collection of medication, pack and administer it. A local Doctor does “house calls” to our home.  We have 10 full-time carers. Our Rates are between R18,072.00 to R20,034.00  Per month – prices are Vat. inclusive.
